The Superior King Room impressed me with its modern decor and spacious on-suite. Tea and coffee facilities in the room made mornings easier. I felt welcomed right at check-in, thanks to the friendly staff. They even expedited our room's readiness just for us. Dining was another highlight. breakfast featured high-quality ingredients that truly stood out. The garden was a tranquil spot for unwinding in the sun. having no staff presence at times was a downside. The clean-up service didn’t attend to the room properly on the second day, just replenishing tea bags without cleaning. The absence of available parking mentioned before was also inconvenient, as I struggled to find a place nearby. Still, the overall cleanliness of the establishment left a great impression.

Well-decorated room with a nice bathroom delivered some comfort. The atmosphere in the bar area feels lively.
The self check-in lacks personal touch. Noise levels from the restaurant are an issue, especially during live music events. It felt like we were part of the concert instead of getting a good night's sleep. Cleaning service could improve, as the room was not tended to properly on the second day, with just a quick refill of tea bags and no clean cups.

Check-in was super smooth with a code for the lock box, and the room was stylish and cozy with a great coffee machine for mornings! I loved hanging out in the inviting garden area, perfect for sipping a drink or just relaxing. The breakfast basket delivered to the room was fine, but I wish there was an option for a cooked breakfast instead.

Totally recommend for a weekend stopover
Comfortable room, pleasant breakfast, with a lovely breakfast hamper delivered to our room on both nights that offered a great selection of items, ensuring we had a great start to our days after enjoying the spacious room that had a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle.
Nothing to fault.

Cozy stay with amazing food!
We had a fab Sunday lunch with the family! Andy and the crew were super attentive, even with last-minute menu changes for the kids. The roast beef was to die for, and the bar area was nice and chill with a great vibe. Just wish the checkout was a bit more straightforward.

The location is incredibly convenient with easy bus links and access to the station. The room is cozy and stylish, featuring a coffee machine that adds a lovely touch to morning routines. Dining at the bar offers a delightful ambiance and a fantastic selection of food, including standout dishes using locally-sourced ingredients.
The self-check-in process might lack a personal touch for some guests.
